  1. Same here, truck always had a shake around 75ish. Got a little more pronounced after I did a rear flip kit, changed to shorter rear shocks & put on 22's.. Finally after about a year of dealing with it, I decided to take it to my buddy who is a GM tech & has been using the hunter machines since they came out. He road force balanced my cheap Ironman 305/40/r22 tires & I tightened the rear shock bolts up again for good measure. Shake is gone & I dont hate driving my truck anymore.. Buddy said these trucks & the C7 vettes, depending on what suspension setting its on, are very finicky with rear shocks & needing roadforce balancing.
  2. Anyone remove the overload springs in the rear to get another 1" of drop? Ive done 2" shackles & removed rear blocks & doing this should put the rear around 4-4.5" . I know it will take away payload ability but I do not tow or haul with my truck.
  3. Truck looks great & really like the stance!!! I assume you had to align it after lowering the front?
  4. Question for you guys. I was looking at Rough Countrys 2/4 drop kit & all you essentially do is relocate the struts to the under side of the control arms using the provided 1/4 plate. Can this be done without using the plate? I ask because Ive lowered the rear with 2" shackles & removed the blocks & want the front a lil lower now. This seems like a free way of doing so. Also, does anyone see any negatives fron relocating the struts like that? Seems like it would put a lot more stress having the struts mounted like that, thanks guys!
