Right now looking at 285/65r18's Toyo Open County AT2 but if the 285/70r18's fit I want to go with those. Any suggestions?

I have a 2015 Silverado LT with a 2.5" Rough Country Leveling kit. Right now I'm running 265/70r18 Nitto Terra Grappler A/T's but will be in need of tires within the next couple weeks. I've read a little bit on here about fitment with this leveling kit and have seen a few people putting 275/70r18 and 285/65r18's on their trucks. I like the aggressive beefier look of the 285 but don't want to lose the tread height. Has anybody had success running 285/70r18's without rubbing or having to trim anything?
