2016/17 Leveling questions on Motofab kits.
Dallas Lemon replied to CA2NC2CA's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
MPG is hard to say, but I estimate about 1-2 MPG drop. The reason it is hard to say is because with the larger tire size and not re-calibrating the speedo, I'm going 62MPH when my speedo only says 60MPH so that throws it off a bit. The ride quality is the same. A little more road noise particularly around 25-40MPH, but once I get going faster than that, the road noise is about the same. I ran with the new tires for 2 days after putting the level on and I had no rubbing without the level. Also, I did not notice any type of ride quality change with and without the level. -

I have not adjusted the headlights, but I may need to as I've noticed an increase of people putting their hands in front of their rearview mirrors to block my headlights when I'm behind them in traffic. Tire size and type was listed above, but they are BFG KO2 275/60R20. 33" overall diameter and only 1 size up from the stockers. -

I don't have any pics of the actual install but it's super easy. This is what I bought but you can buy cheaper on eBay. http://www.motofablifts.com/product-p/ch-15lm.htm Motofab sells their kits in 1/2" increments so you can really fine tune how high you want the front and rear. I didn't want to change the rear at all and I was worried that if I went with 2", it would be nose high so I did 1.5" and to me it is perfect because it still has a slight rake the way a truck should have. I don't have any rubbing issues at all either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I went with 1.5" Motofab Level to maintain a small amount of rake. I love the look. Only cost $22 for the kit on eBay. Tires are 275/60r20 BFG KO2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Just went through this same battle. Couldn't decide between the 2 tire sizes, but definitely happy with the choice I made. Stock 2017 GMC All Terrain BFG KO2 275/60R20 with Motofab 1.5" Level and Front Valance Removed- 78 replies

Nope, just keeping it simple using my name. Got tired of trying to remember my user names on all sorts of websites and in this day in age if someone wants to know your information bad enough, they will find it anyway. Might as well let people know my name right from the bat. -
