  1. Ive ordered the 3.5" rough country lift kit, for my 2014 gmc, Wondering if anyone who has installed this kits, and has any tips on places where it get difficult to install and how to get around them. Ive looked at the mounting bolts for the front diff and it looks like its going to be a pain in the ass to access the bolts to loosen and tighten them. i'll be working off jack stand, but have all the proper power tools, wrenches and all that.
  2. I really like those rigid lights. those might be a down the road addition to the truck. I add these led light strip steps to my truck. I like them. They do running light brake light, blinker, and have white reveres light. They do add a good bit of light for reverse. they are only $65 too. They fit kinda funny because of the led strip, the edge sticks out more than factory, but i like them. Installation was a pain in the ass because of what you have to unbolt, and i have giant hands so can not reach in the back of the step. But just another alternative to lights back there. https://www.realtruck.com/anzo-led-rear-bumper-step-lights/R183937P2014Y856MA.html
  3. I need to just change the color around the radio buttons and the ac buttons. I dont mind the white lettering. I think the solution to do it would be to replace the switch clusters with ones out of a Chevy into my GMC. Going to be a more pricey but probably the easiest way.
  4. Did you pull all the pannels off or did you do them on the dash?
  5. Is there any way of changing the bulb color in the dash around the radio and the headlight knob? Im not a fan of red and what to do some color trim to my interior and would look bad with blue trim and red lights. I have a good feeling this is nto worth the effort if even possible.
  6. is all that carbon fiber done by you or is that factory?
  7. What light bar did you use on the bumber? how did you mount it? harness?
