  1. Perfect, thanks. I'm considering going with a 2.5" level now, but let's see if you can find your set. By the way, are you in SoCal?
  2. Ho, you a body boarda? Like try Walls after Point Panic? A Hui Hou.
  3. Nice work, Jeff! Let's meet up at Buzz's for a Mai Tai Singin' Waimanalo Blues since I left.
  4. If you're looking for the cheapest, Costco has "Michelin Guardian Hybrid Wiper Blades" for only $6 each right now.
  5. CajunFries, Is that New Era out in Agoura Hills? Alex is the tuner, right? Please tell me exactly what you think about them...good, bad, and ugly (feel free to PM). I've been thinking about an in-person tune by them, Full Throttle Kustomz, or Addiction Motorsports because I've got a Black Bear Performance Tune with my Magnuson and Meth, but I know an in-person would be better.
  6. Hey Jaime, Where in Nor Cal are you? I have an epic story about getting my truck and then my dad's truck stuck after we tried to use it to get me out of the sandy Salinas River. Long story not made short, I was wheelin' my truck when it got stuck in sand (the Salinas River is an underground river and makes for a lot of "quicksand" areas. We were trying to dig and slide my struck out when some city engineers that we saw pass by up on the banks a while back opened up some of the dam gates upriver and a trickle of water started coming our way. The trickle became bigger, and bigger, and bigger and then our efforts had to quickly shift to digging trenches and new pathways for the water to flow AROUND the truck. I called my brother in the meantime and he drove my dad's truck down the river to where I was. We could tell that it wasn't going to work and that he shouldn't get too close, but it was too late. Even with heavily deflated tires he got sucked in. A group of ATVs passed by, said that a friend's truck with 44s got stuck there a week ago, and tried to help pull us out, but no luck. So there we were with two relatively new trucks about to be eaten by the river; DEFINITELY an insurance claim that would get denied in two seconds (trespassing and operating off-road). My only hope was to get a field tractor down there (Salinas is a huge agricultural town and those field tractors can get in and out of anything). So I called a friend that's high up in the Merrill Farms company and he sends down a tractor to help me. I thought it was just going to be one of the run of the mill field tractors, but instead here comes this massive tank treaded CAT. It pulls us out like it's pulling out two feathers and we make it out just before the entire area is TOTALLY UNDERWATER! It was like a movie!!! We make it up the banks and back onto the farm road and see that the exit to the paved street is blocked by a field truck. We know that we're in trouble for trespassing, so we drive up to the land owner and he lets us have it. We accept full responsibility, but he decides not to involve the law because he knows my family and the family that helped get us out. Nonetheless, I offer to mend fences, literally, and go back the next day and work on a fence line to keep that entrance blocked from stupid teen/20yr old kids like myself. As for the tractor driver and my friend that sent him, the payment there was a new $400 Callaway Big Bertha for the tractor driver.
  7. I have a 2017 Sierra SLT Crew Cab 2WD. I want to install the Rough Country 2" Level (#1307) and switch from 275/55/r20 to 275/60/r20 and keep the stock 20" wheels. I just called Rough Country and they said that I'd need the 0.25" wheel spacers (#1065) to go from a 32" tire to a 33" tire. Has anyone had problems with this same setup without using the wheel spacers?
  8. I would avoid this "andrewmarc99" person at all costs. He dug up 5 old "Wanted to buy" posts and replied to all 5 of them saying he has the item they are looking for and asked them to text him at 2677049051. Strange how he just happens to have all these random items for sale, don't you think? Furthermore, these 5 posts were his first posts ever on GM-Trucks and they all came within minutes of each other.

  13. If anyone has a Rough Country leveling kit that they haven't gotten around to posting, I'm looking to spend $25 shipped to SoCal 91406. Thanks!
  14. I have a 2017 Sierra 6.2L SLT Crew Cab with a Magnuson Supercharger (so a little added weight in the engine bay). Ground to fender height on the back is 39.5" and front is 35.5". A 4 inch rake seems like a lot to me...not sure if it's settled a bit over the years. I've been thinking of doing the exact same thing as you - a 2" leveling lit up front and remove the rear blocks so I can swap out the old 275/55/20s for 275/60/20s. Any info or advice since you've already done this?
  15. I have a 2017 Sierra 6.2L SLT Crew Cab with a Magnuson Supercharger (so a little added weight in the engine bay). I feel like the rake has increased over the years, and just measured a 4 inch difference between the front and back (with the front being 35.5" and the rear being 39.5" - measured from ground to bottom of fender). Is a 4 inch difference between the front and back in line with others out there? I'm thinking of doing a simple leveling kit up front and removing the stock rear blocks. Do you all think this would level it out? I'm also thinking of swapping out the old 275/55/20s for 275/60/20s. Thoughts and advice?
