  1. Yes, going to do that if no one knows the answer to the 2500 bar swap or just do key change question.
  2. Hello all, I have a 2004 Suburban K1500 (Non Z71 RPO, so weaker bars). Drivers side torsion bar is maxed out to keep truck close to level. So I went to the junk yard and got some Suburban Z71 bars, same thing, maxed out. Should have known it would be weak too because it was maxed out at the junkyard, but I tried them anyways. SO, my question is, should I get leveling keys to reindex the bars to hopefully lift more, but if the bar is already sagging, would it just sag more and possibly break when offroad?...or, do Suburban 2500 bars fit? I can't find anywhere for sure if they are the same length or not (and forgive me is there is a thread on here saying anything about it, a quick search didn't show it) I know Silverado bars don't fit becuase they are too long. Found that out the hard way, read somewhere they all are the same length so I got some from a junkyard and nope, they are too long! Any advice would be great. Trying to avoid spending 230+ bucks a piece for new ones (if dealer actually has them) or over a grand for the Sway Away brand. Thanks!
