  1. The other thing to consider is all the older trucks had the alignment cams on the UCAs so if you had an alignment done, the bushings were being relaxed. T1 trucks have the alignment cams on the LCA (which I much prefer). Maybe GM has an extremely soft bushing as well which tears easily. Lots of factors can go into a failure. When my At4 shows up, UCAs are going on with whatever suspension I end up going with. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  2. A new A6 is a great car, and easy to work on. Enjoy it! (I work on Euros for a living) Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  3. If the level was installed without relaxing the arm pivot bolts while the truck is at ride height, the bushings are always in a twisted/bound position which will undoubtedly significantly reduce the lifespan, not to mention worse ride and handling. I see this on 95% of lowered/lifted vehicles when i go to align them at work. 30k on the audi bushing pictured Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah I had to use some pretty large ones, but i bet that serp belt is a lot more to pull over then the small vac pump belt I did. Good luck! Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  5. Not sure if you have room on the T1, but my l83 K2 truck used a stretch belt for the brake vac pump. I used zip ties as I didn't have access to a stretch belt tool once i was in there. Cut the belt off of course. Worked perfectly. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  6. You need to have a competent shop smoke test the intake system for a first step in real diag at this point. There's an unmetered air leak for sure. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  7. Here is my first truck I picked up a couple weeks ago. I've always been a car guy who "would never get a truck". Now I've had a taste of the good life. First mandatory mod was to fix the crappy LTZ lighting with the D2S 4.0 Projector and hid setup from long shot lighting. Then added 275/60 Toyo Open Countrys. Time for quality suspension and it should be a great truck. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  8. I picked up a 14 LTZ 2 weeks ago and was disipointed by the terrible output. I picked up the long shot 4.0 projectors and HIDs. Now it's the best output I've had with any vehicle! 3rd pic is with brights. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
