  1. So my 2015 Duramax LML is approaching 100k miles. I was wanting to get some recommendations on upgrades to improve performance and lifespan. I already know I want a lift pump, but wanted to get your ideas on what other engine upgrades, etc I should get. Thanks in advance.
  2. Yeah I sat in several rams (2015-2016) and the roll bar location on those puts my head right against it even with the seat all the way down
  3. Accidentally put this in the 1500 forum earlier. So I bought a 2015 Silverado 2500 crew cab and its a great truck, but the cab space seems to be the major area its lacking. I do seriously long trips (up to 2,500+ miles) hauling a big trailer with my staff and I'm 6'8". The compromise was, while Rams and Fords have much better leg room, I don't trust Ford diesels and I don't fit in Rams with their new ceilings. I was hoping to find some ways to improve the ergonomics for myself, but also figure out ways to improve legroom for my staff. The passenger side seat legroom is pretty poor. Can anyone recommend some custom car seat places, etc?

  5. Where does the HDMI input end up? Also, do I lose all the USB ports for the center console?
  6. Did you lose or see any decrease in functionality switching to the Alpine? Like voice command or lag time pairing the phone?
  7. Just bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 with the 8" w/Nav, CD, and Bose. I've been looking at some upgrades, especially since the navigation is way out of date and takes me in the wrong direction. Also would like to add in-motion, phone mirroring, and DVD player. Any suggestions on the best route to go? I know its going to be pricey either way. The Alpine X110-SLV looks appealing because of the bigger 10" screen, DVD player, and screen mirroring with the HDMI input. Not sure if it has in-motion options. MVI also looks good, but adding all those upgrades is quite steep considering its just the factory system. There doesn't seem to be a lot of reviews on the Alpine, so I didn't know if any of you had any experience with them. I've seen a lot of good things about the MVI. Or are there comparable options? It seems other aftermarket heads have smaller screens (7" or so being largest).
