  1. The 5500k are pretty white to me. The stock bulbs are not even yellow.
  2. So far I like them a lot. I bought the 5500k too. There way brighter then stock.
  3. I had a 2011 Silverado 6.2 with a 115000 miles. When i traded it in it was still a solid motor. I always changed oil every 3000 miles. I always ran 87 even though you are supposed to run at least 91. I miss the sound of the exhaust the 6.2 compared to the 5.3.
  4. Mine have been flawless but I have only had them for 6 days.
  5. I live in rural area and drive mostly back roads. They are a lot of deer out here and I like to see them before i hit them. Yes probably if you live in the city the stock bulbs will do just fine for you.
  6. I forgot to do a high beam comparison but it definitely helps the high beam for brightening it up. For the distances I can't tell a difference but even with stock bulbs they beam out pretty far. I adjusted mine a turn up because I felt they were too low.
  7. Oem bulb Morimoto 5500k bulb They are definitely brighter and whiter then the stock bulbs. Well worth the money. Thanks limited360
