  1. When mine broke, I took all of the lines off and started to replace, but I ran out of time on the weeked, so I took it to a local shop. They charged me about $450 to intall the lines. I provided stainless steel line, braided stainless flex lines, and all of the line nuts. To get the lines out of the ABS unit, I had to cut all of them, un-bolt the unit from the frame, put it in a vice and use a pipe wrench on the line nuts. I bought my stainless steel line in bulk rolls from Summit Racing. It is only about $10 a roll more than the poly coated steel line and is just about as easy to work with. My mechanic called the stainless steel lines overkill, but I didn't want to worry about them. They have been on for over two years and still look brand new.
  2. Again- nice pictures everybody! And I'm surprised that no one's asked about the picture with the Ford. What happened there? It's my brother's truck. One of his electronic hubs went bad and was trying to engage when going down the highway making a really bad grinding noise. His truck only had 54K miles on it. I almost had to tow it again last weekend. His electronic throttle body went bad and his truck started quitting on him. He was only a mile from the dealership, so he babied it there.
  3. Towing a 1959 Ford P-35 with a Grumman-Olsen all alluminum body. Was a police paddy wagon from Cleveland. Has an extremely rare factory V-8.
  4. First pic - Towing a 2005 F-150 Supercab 4x4 on a 16' car trailer. Second pic - Towing a 1946 Chevrolet 1.5 ton Firetruck.
  5. My '04 did the same thing a month ago. It was a bad o2 sensor that caused one bank to run lean and fouled out a spark plug, which caused the engine light to come on and the truck to run rough. My truck only has 23K miles.
