  1. I tried searching on here and google and I can't seem to find the answer. I have a 6" Pro Comp with the pro runner shocks/struts in the front/rear. I am thinking about upgrading my front struts/strut spacer with coil overs. I know there are a ton of brands out there. For simplicity purposes, say I would go with the pro comp 2.75 coil overs, would they fit with the strut spacer taken off? What fills the void space when the spacer is taken off? It says on pro comp's website it will lift up to 2.5". Thanks in advanced.
  2. I’m already blackbear tuned. Only reason I picked 4.10 over 3.73 is I do tow at times. I know the rpms will be elevated a little more and I’ll lose some highway mpg but I also feel more comfortable knowing having 4.10’s should give the transmission a little more of a break with the larger tires. 3. Yeah, probably going to have both done at the same shop. I’ve shopped around to all the other local shops and 4wheelparts seems to have the next competition beat by $200-$400. But that is a good point on the labor, I will have to run that past them. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Probably a MT, but I’m open. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Thank you all for your input. I’ve taken them all into consideration. I probably won’t be making a decision until July. If I move forward with the gears I would probably do it during the 4th of July sale in which it should be even cheaper. I’ll keep ya’ll posted. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Hey guys I am looking into lifting my 2016 Sierra 6.2 8 speed and throwing on 35’s. Before doing so I know it’s highly suggested to do a gear swap especially on 3.23’s. Below is what I was quoted for a gear swap to 4.10’s. I am by no means a gear expect so do you guys think this seems like this is a good price and parts list? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Ran better tonight. Hemi ‘almost’ had me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Slight acceleration improvement but that’s about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Took it to the track on 59% e85 shaved almost a half second off my quarter mile. Ran a 14.1 @ 98. Still not where I wanna be but not bad on 33’s I guess.
  10. I don’t have easy access to a dyno to show numbers with e85 on a 6.2 but I may hit the track tomorrow. I’ll let ya know if my numbers improved from last time.
  11. hmmmm I’m wondering what I’m put down then, afe momentum gt intake, ported throttle body, and blackbear e85 tune
  12. Could try to tune it and change the torque converter lockup to a higher gear Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
