  1. In process of purchasing a 2019 Z71 extended cab and trading in my current Crew cab. I would like to pull my Factory wheels with Nitto 295/55/20s off my 16 and put on my new truck after installing a leveling kit. Will I have any issues? Cant seem to find anything..Thanks for your help..
  2. It's the factory camera so how ever it is wired....How would I go about changing that or is that not a good idea to do?
  3. Got another question! My pioneer head unit I can change input to the rear view camera. When doing this I only get a black screen, I assume because the camera is off? How can I change it to when ever I turn this input on the head unit the camera comes on? It works great when in reverse..
  4. I have everything hooked up now but no video to my new head unit..however my headunit (pioneer avh4400) has a wire in the wire harness that says it needs to be hooked up to the reverse positive voltage wire on the reverse lights. Currently it is unhooked..is there somewhere else (closer) I can get that signal?
  5. I know this is a older post but it has already shed some light on my project but also makes me curious about a couple of other things. I have a 2012 Sierra that has the OEM camera and video in the mirror. I am getting my pieces together to install a new head unit. I would to grab the video from my factory camera and run into my new head unit. If I grab the white and blue wire at the kickpanel and run direct to my new head unit, will I lose the video in the rear view mirror? That is what I am hoping..would like to only have video in the new head unit. Also if I run the blue and white to the new head unit what powers up the camera when in reverse? Thanks for any help!
