Honetly to put in HID's for the lows all you need to do is pull a drl fuse and mount a ballast. Zip ties work awesome. But hey to each their own. The bulbs do look brighter in the pictures you took. Congrats on the mod.

Maybe this is a loaded question but why not do HID's?? Much brighter than stock! possibly not liking the on coming traffic or think your going to blind them re-aim them?? I have had those blue bulbs in other cars and they always ended up melting the wiring harness.
