  1. bose.... better sound through marketing or sueing consumer reports for slander.
  2. I haven't figured out something yet. Why put in leds if you have to use a resistor for them? Or are you interested in changing the color?
  3. an agm battery just has the acid captured in a slurry on the plates. no other difference. Thats why you can mount it in any position. dont get hot? id like to see evidence of that claim.
  4. Not much difference between a lead acid and a AGM battery. I wouldn't mind trying one of the new lithium iron phosphate batteries but you need a second mortgage for a car sized one.
  5. I bought it because it integrated into the wiring harness without hacking it up. and i didnt have to figure out a sub box and how to mount it. yes i paid for convience and thats what i wanted. have you seen how much crutchfield charges for it? you would think 850 is a bargan.
  6. it has a leak somewhere. you need to find out where. we cant diagnose that over the internet.
  7. the window sticker for my truck shows the price for the rally 1 package as 1140.00$.
  8. I bought mine because they wanted 28,000 for a 2014 with 8000 miles and it was only about a year old. It looked brand new and I couldnt find anyting wrong with it. I think I got a good deal on it. Mostly because I couldnt find anything with that low of mileage for that kind of money without buying new.I was also looking for somthing to replace my wrecked 2000 seirra that was 2 tone. So i wanted something that was not common. I hardly ever see any rallys even in the land of trucks texas.
  9. my 2014 rally actually came with more options than a stardard LT. I have been looking at the new rallys and was surprised how they have less options. no thanks. the 2014 rally gave you bigger radio screen, camera, trailer package, rear defroster, rims and some other stuff. I noticed the new rallys dont even have the dic controls on the right side of the streeting wheel like mine does. stupid....
  10. This is one of the reasons i have 2 cars. Living in houston their is no way im riding around without ac. Specially since our traffic can be so bad.
  11. Here is mine. 2014 Bought it used for about 30,000 with 8000 miles. The original owner replaced the wheels with a different set of gm wheels. why i have no idea but i do like them better than black rims. I have seen a black with black stripes. I live in houston. I have seen maybe 5 rallys total. not a common truck. I have yet to see one with the little pin stripes down the side though. II also liked the rally package upgraded you from the tiny screen to the larger lcd screen.
  12. Oreilly auto has murray condensers which would probably be just as good as a delco. I know people want the dealer to do it but if you cant get parts maybe its an alternative? and they show them for 147 dollars not 300. Murray makes a lot of a/c components so if your a diy person id go with that.
  13. What about putting an after market on it like a murray part? oreilly has them in stock; murray specialises in tons of a/c components. The only problem would be the dealer wouldnt put it on for you. I have used murray ac stuff and they are good quality.
  14. the flashing check engine light isnt a "keep on driving and dont worry about it" it means stop now.
