  1. My dad has the same problem as well, one time when it had lost all power I touched the ground cable, and as you mentioned it was hot and then power was fine. So we knew it was the ground cable at the battery, to resolve it we replaced the connector to the battery with a new one that was soldered in. It has been working perfectly for a couple months now. And while we were removing the old end, it did seem like the wires were a bit loose and the connector wasn't fully crimped from the factory
  2. Just as an update, my dad has had 3 of the 4 replaced, and the 4th is getting replaced tomorrow, so hopefully the new ones last a bit longer than a year.
  3. No loss with an iron block using Amsoil at 5K intervals on an 08 GMC Sierra
  4. You can order a kit with the mirrors and the switch panel to convert from powerfolding DL3 to the full power tow mirrors
  5. I would probably stay away from a suspension lift, for wear and tear issues being even more stressed than a regular plow truck. But I wouldn't be afraid to call the lift manufacturer and talk with them and see what they have to say. But IMO you'd be safe with a body lift, and one that is well done (relocate brackets, gap guards, etc.) would be just as good as an equal size suspension lift in MOST cases.
  6. Is it your own track, or is it a public one? I have a buddy that likes to ride mc
  7. I'm from tiffin, about 45 mins. SE of Toledo. Nate, we go 4-wheelin and stay in new straitsville, right be carbon hill.
  8. just click on add reply, and then just below the box where you type theres a section that says attachments, and you click browse on the far right, and select the pics you want to attach, or like you said, you can use photobucket
  9. Just as an FYI, the "National Backorder", or whatever it was called must be ending, because I finally got mine replaced yesterday under warranty, but it was 3 weeks after they first looked at it
  10. I took mine in a week and a half ago, and they said they had to order the parts, and didn't know how long it would take to get, it's really getting to be a pain, having to manually lock and unlock my passenger door, I'm hoping they'll call this week sometime
