Illuminated GMC emblem

When I had my 19 Denali I looked into getting one through my dealership a couple years ago. The listing for it at that time only showed it working on 20-21 models. He ordered it just to see if he could make it work. After it arrived he tried but said the wiring connection was different on the 20 and later models and without maybe splicing into a headlight wire he couldn't get it work which would of course void any future warranty claims on that if something happened. I decided to not do it to avoid possible problems later. -
Thanks! I appreciate the link. I tried searching online but mainly found details about the complete seat removal. It's supposed to get the safety lights installed the beginning of next week so hope to move into it on Thursday. It will be nice to get back into a 2500 after the companies failed experiment to switch to 1500s back in 2018 to save a few bucks.

This one is actually my new work truck. It is a 2023 chevy 2500hd they ordered last March that just showed up in December. Its just a LT trim and the seats are cloth.

Is there a way to remove just the seat and leave the the seat back of the rear seat on the passenger side? The part that is down is the one I'm looking to remove. I have a tool box I usually keep in this spot but don't see obvious way to remove the seat bottom.

I run 275/70/18s with no rubbing. The difference in the speedometer is only about 2mph, really not worth the hassle to recalibrate. You really won't notice the difference.

I might have some. Do you have a GMC, Chevy? What model?

Look at Range technology for 1&2. Simple plug in and that's all. Can't help on #3. -
Diesel fuel in cold, do i need an additive for anti-gel
wurgs replied to SC4R3C120W's topic in 2019-2025 Silverado & Sierra
I don't think additives are needed. We use diesel #2 when over 32 deg, #1-#2 blended from 0-32 deg, and diesel #1 anything below 0 in our 2500hd work trucks. We have never run additives and haven't had gelling issues. -

is there a way to perma-disable auto start/stop?
wurgs replied to briansol's topic in 2019-2025 Silverado & Sierra
I been using one since I bought my truck in June of 2021. I have had no issues and love it. Takes about 5 seconds to plug in and can remove when bringing to the dealer if you want to. -
20 degrees? I would love that. We haven't been above zero now for 8 days straight.

The BFGs are a good choice. I don't really notice much tire noise at all.
