  1. Got a ride home and back to work. The original key I had stashed at home works great with absolutely no jiggling required. WOOHOOAt least it's not the ignition. I ordered new keys.
  2. Thanks guys! My truck is still at work 55 miles away from home. If I remove the lock can the ignition still be started so I can get it home to work on it properly?
  3. My 2009 Sierra has suffered from the GM Jiggle for a while now....some days better than others. Today, after spraying some lock-ease into all my locks, the ignition refuses to turn. I'm hoping it's just a worn key. If it's NOT the key, what is the best way to handle it...replace ignition, lock cylinder, something else? I don't know what all parts are involved. Thanx!
  4. I have just over 141K miles on my 2009 with AFM still on, and I had #7 plug foul on me a few months ago. I just topped off my oil using 1 qt after 3754 miles, which GM does not consider "excessive". I'm outside the warranty period so I suppose I just have to live with it or replace it...but I'm not needing another payment right now. Not certain if the Range AFM Delete will help at this point.
  5. Occasionally my brake pedal would squeak when pressed. I wonder if something similar would work for that.
  6. So on your 2009, which wires did you tap from to get the LEDs going?
  7. Maybe I should take these two $4 strips and place them under the hood.....hmmmm.
  8. I got a $4 set of LEDs for this mod, but my 2009 seems to have different block connectors under the dash than what is shown. I verified i still need the grey wires, but from which connector?

  10. Could be the thermostat is sticking, or you have air in the system from when the hose blew and was repaired.
  11. 65000 miles so far and not a single issue here....knock on wood.
  12. Maybe pull the nozzle back some until it stays on, or try a different pump...some pump mechanisms are more sensitive than others.
