  1. Had my vacuum pump replaced yesterday, 42k miles. Much quieter pump. Took them 45 minutes from lift to finish.
  2. Going in next week for my 3rd water pump. 2 years and 12k miles since the last one. Not a good record. Noisy bearings again.
  3. You can override this by turning on the headlights. It will stay at maximum output.
  4. There is a TSB on the vacuum pump leaking oil into the brake booster. Warranty replacement of all the parts.
  5. Wait until you pick up the trailer to buy anything. I have always got a starter kit with every RV I have bought. It will have a hose, sewer hose, pressure reg, TP and other stuff. If they don't have one in the trailer when you do your walk thru, ask for it. Also, does your truck have a factory tow package? Makes hooking up the brake controller and 12v charge line much easier.
  6. Have an apt for 6/23 for dealer to start on vibration issue. 19K miles, front tires out of round and wear on inside rib only.
  7. Check out the Diablo web forum first. Might change your mind.
  8. I just got back from a 6K road trip. All I took was a cellphone and credit card. Didn't need either.
  9. Then I would take a real hard look at the ground wire connections- both ends. Resistance will change with heat and ECM's don't like floating grounds.
  10. GM used to use a double wall cross over pipe, not sure if they still do, and if the inner pipe collaspes it will act like a plugged muffler.
