	Looking for a mechanic / engine builder shop in NJ that is capable of doing a mechanical delete of the AFM system on a 2019 Suburban. I am not looking to simply turn off or disable the AFM; I am looking to have the cam and solid lifter kit installed. There has got to be a performance shop in NJ or NY that is familiar with these reliability increasing modifications. Any help is greatly appreciated.

	I'm looking to change the front and rear differential oil in my 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LT. However, I'm seeing a lot of different part numbers in oil types, which is confusing.
</p>

<p>
	I went to several stores, but none of them had ACDelco 75W-85 for the rear axle—only 75W-90. I'm uploading an image to ask: is this the correct oil I'm supposed to use?
</p>

<p>
	From what I understand, I need ACDelco 75W-85 and 75W-90—correct?
</p>

<p>
	While searching for 75W-85, I mostly find ACDelco products listed by part numbers, but they don't clearly state the viscosity (75W-85). In some cases, when I do find one labeled 75W-85, the compatibility checker says it's not compatible with a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LT.
</p>

<p>
	The oil shown in the attached image is the only one I found that clearly says 75W-85. Everything else I’ve seen online is listed only by part number.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I'm up to my cabeza trying to find the correct oil..

	I'm looking for your input on custom-tuners for daily driving, essentially to extend the life of the transmission and engine - reducing torque converter commanded slip, and disabling active fuel management, and perhaps whatever improvements they may want to offer as well for a tame daily driver.  And secondly, is this even advisable to do at 80,000 miles?  I perform good maintenance I think, and "baby" it for the most part.  Thanks!

I search for the replacement shocks and everything came up as magneride. I purchased a replacement set of Magneride rear shocks with the air compressor pump. After looking farther into my vehicle I found out that I didn’t have magneride suspension. I have a trailering package. Can I install the magneride shocks in place of the OE trailer package shocks and just leave the electrical connections disconnected?

<p>
	Quick about me info. I’m an active duty Navy Submariner and a single father of 3 after the normal deployment ex-wife story. Divorce left me with a lot of debt and needing a bigger vehicle than my built Audi A3.<br />

</p>

<p>
	I looked hard for a performance SUV because I didn’t want to give up going fast. With 3 kids the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk was both too expensive and too small, I really wanted 3 rows. No Dodge dealers had the Durango SRT in stock and I still felt like it was a little cramped for space. Then I found a dealer locally with a leftover ‘18 Tahoe RST in February of 2019. Chevy was having a 0% financing deal and the dealer cut me a great deal on the trading in multiple vehicles. It was a match made in heaven. My Tahoe has everything except adaptive cruise (which I’m glad about), front brake upgrade, and the exhaust upgrade.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The Tahoe was the nicest vehicle I’ve ever had, packed with features, good on gas, plenty of space, and didn’t feel terribly slow for a big SUV. That didn’t mean I didn’t need to do some customizing and upgrading still. First thing was front window tint. Then I wasn’t happy that my big honking V8 was quieter than my old 2.0L turbo Audi, so I ordered a 3.5” Magnaflow muffler for a simple swap to keep the sleeper look. It could be a tad louder but I was MUCH happier. Then I broke my own rule and decided to do an intake for my 1 yr anniversary with my Tahoe, usually I hold fast that you should save that money towards forced induction (I should’ve listened to my own rule). I ordered a Corsa intake with the Donaldson filter, I’ve had good experiences with Donaldson filters on diesels in the past and decided I’d give it a shot. I can’t say I noticed any real seat of the pants difference from either the muffler or intake, but the sound is nice and I’m sure there is a performance gain that’s just not huge, which wasn’t expected. <br />

</p>

<p>
	Flash forward to now, I’ve had my Tahoe for about a year and a half and already put 36k miles on it. The passing of my grandfather (miss him dearly) and another dispersement of my contract bonus left me with some money burning a hole in my pocket. I’m typically cheap to a fault, but if kids, deployments, and losing loved ones has taught me anything then I’m learning that life doesn’t wait for you and sometimes I need to be a little less responsible and tight. So after much thought I decided it was time to do the upgrade I really wanted... forced induction. <br />

</p>

<p>
	I loved my big turbo Audi but I knew I didn’t want to deal with any turbo lag in this massive SUV, so I decided I wanted a positive displacement supercharger. I’ve been following a local shop for years waiting for when I had a domestic for them to work on and after talking things over with them I decided on the 2.9L Whipple Tuner kit , LT4 injectors, and a LT4 HPFP (and possibly some WMI). I found a killer Memorial Day sale deal and ordered everything at over $1.1k off list price just yesterday. <br />

</p>

<p>
	Now I wait...

I am not a seller here nor is this a paid advertisement, but I am pleasantly surprised with the quality given the low price.  Highly recommended!

	I just spent over $500.00 to replace a water damaged antenna on my <strong>2017 GMC Denali</strong>.  Got in the Denali after a storm and had water dripping down the driver side post at the headliner.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	GMC sent out a bulletin (Document ID: 4828810) to its Dealers notifying them of an issue with the orientation of the water gap on the gasket used to seal the the Shark Roof antenna which allows water to "weep" away from under the antenna where it sits on the roof.  The bulletin identified vehicles from 2015 to 2018 having this issue - <em>significant number of vehicles.</em>
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	This gap faces the rear of the vehicle.  Their "solution" is to turn the gap to the front of the vehicle.  The part was $175.00 and labor was $320.00.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	After reading about what is eligible for a "Recall," I don't feel this qualifies.  However, for a solution that was so simple to fix, yet so expensive why am I responsible for this expense when it was an error in manufacturing?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Questions:
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Why was I as a GMC vehicle owner not notified of this as an issue,?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Why am I forced to pay for a manufacturing issue created by GMC?
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Any ideas on re-course? I am sure I  am not the only one with this issue...

	I oped in for the larger mirrors they sell because I came from a 2011 Tahoe and it had proper mirror sizes now to a 2015 that had car mirrors lol. The larger mirrors came with memory and puddle lights and turn signal ( Turn signals you had to wire yourself). Still the larger mirrors are the way to go.

<p>
	Now that we got that out the way the mirrors are straight plug and play but you will need the correct driver mirror switch one with the power fold button ( <span style="background-color:#f8f8f8;color:#333333;font-size:18px;">23488411)</span> and you will also need the correct passenger window switch (<span style="background-color:#f8f8f8;color:#333333;font-size:18px;">23488406)</span> as the power fold commands pass threw this switch as well. Once you swap that in you are all set and you should have fully working power folding mirrors. Any questions please leave a comment I hope this helped someone.

	Hi all. I have tried asking in other forums and don't get responses. I just got my wife a 2018 Escalade. I have a 2023 silverado 2500hd that I put a 6.5 BDS lift on and my wife loves it. She hates the way the Escalade sits so low. I put a 3.5/ level on it. Still doesn't look great. Anyone know of a 3 inch body lift I can install in addition to the traxda level I did on it?

<p>
	I've owned my 2019 Yukon for a year now and I've noticed pretty much straight away that the cargo area is entirely un-illuminated.  With the exception of the lights above the 3rd row seating, there is nothing beyond that, which is somewhat rare as most other even smaller SUVs and crossovers have "at least" sub-par cargo area illumination.  I also recognize that this issue would be even more prominent in a longer wheel base Yukon XL or Suburban due to having a larger cargo area behind the 3rd row.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I know there's plenty of things I can add, LED strip lights, LED fixtures, etc.  I'm also electrically savvy so tying them into the factory dome light illumination circuit would not be difficult.  However I'm interested to see what others have done, if they have decided to tackle the issue of having a less-than-ideally illuminated cargo area in their Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon/Escalade.  Thanks!

<p>
	I have a 2017 Suburban with the factory 20s (275/55/20 tires), and looking to run a set of black 22inch GM snowflake wheels. I've seen a few pics of those wheels and they always looks a little too narrow and "tucked in" to the wheel wells (pics attached) which seems to make the ride look top-heavy. I don't know the offset of the wheels or tire sizes in the pics, but Custom Offsets seems to want to recommend anything from a 305/45 to 285/45, and they offer the wheel itself in 22x9. I'd like a good full wheel with a wide stance and no rubbing.

	Any input would be greatly appreciated.

	So after 3 years I upgraded from the iphone X to the 12 Max and it wont fit in the center console on the wireless charging pad on the center console.  The phone is too wide, even with out of the case.  Has anyone performed a mod or know of a mod that can be done to remedy this?

<p>
	looking to buy a 2015-2020 Yukon Xl. It will be a SLT or DENALI trim level. i am not a big fan of the 2nd row captains. If i do find the right vehicle and is equipped with 2nd row buckets can i swap out for a 2nd row bench?

<p>
	will the heated seat and power folding options work with this potential swap?
