<p>Notice how the bumper sits about 5 inches too low.  My brackets raised it 4 1/2 inches to meet the grille with about a 1/2" gap.</p>

<p>the conversion is easy to this point. SIerra fenders, hood, light mounts etc all bolt on. The bumper is the issue. Custom brackets had to fabbed out of 1/8 inch steel. I will post pics of the brackets soon. The lower right and left denali outer bumper brackets do work with a little help to stabilize the whole enchilada.  Fog lamps are different. Denali uses 27 watt 880's and 2500HD uses larger 45 watt bulbs with different pig tails.</p>

<p>It would be best 1/2 inch farther back, but then the frame horns would show through the bottom of the bumper. No more cutting. I can live with this fit.</p>
