I bought the DRW diesel so I didn't have to worry about weight handling when I shopped for the new fifth wheel.

The 2013 1500 GMC would not pull such a load so we upgraded to this beast. We have been very pleasantly surprised at how nicely it rides, and while I didn't buy it to be economical, the fuel mileage isn't that much less than the previous 1500 5.3 truck.
