  2. Return of the Chevrolet Blazer

at that average i guess the price of the new blazer will be the same as the high country
  3. What have you done to your K2 today?

    Black permatex silicone
  4. Lift with Magneride

Look at the shocks and they will clearly read Magneride. Mine have them in red writing. If you’re looking to level go with Suspension Maxx. They make a great kit. BDS for the lift. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Thanks! I just got it. Saved a bundle as it was gently used (2017 w/5K miles). I had never heard of them before, but it's an SCA Performance Black Widow Edition Silverado. I was hooked as soon as I saw it.
  6. Damn! GMC. I have 15 LTZ with top projector. I could probably do the same. Did you glue that cut out back on so that you had dust cover and stuff? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Was the pushrod bent or actually broken? We have seen many with bent pushrods or broken valve springs, but never with an actual broken pushrod. For it to be broken it, the valve must have kissed a piston and physically damaged the piston and block. They don't let us put in an engine unless it can't be repaired. They are getting tighter and tighter with replacements. They are having us check the calibration history and to make sure it's the factory calibration and not tuned also.
  8. bump. still for sale.

  10. DIY bedliner

Well I think the job bc-chris did looks awesome, but I've seen others that didn't look so good. A friend of mine tried to convince to to do a roll on liner like his...said it works great, great stuff! Real easy! But he says that about everything. You could be talking about performing brain surgery and he'd tell you it's a piece of cake! It's wicked easy! Anyone personally know anyone like that?? And of course what always happens is it seems not easy for him, he just perceives it as easy. Meanwhile he's without his truck for weeks. Right now he's been without one of his trucks since September because "its real easy to buy a used bed and replace it". Back to the subject; the roll on Bedliner he used looks like garbage and it has come off in several places. But he says, "I just need to touch it up". I bought a drop in Bedliner for $180 online. Shipping was $40. It was EASY to install. It looks good, no problems...I don't know?? I mean I know some people don't like them, but it's a bed liner. It works. Of course my buddy hates it. It's going to blow right out of the back of your truck! I see them all over the highway! Wait till you take the Bedliner out! It'll be scratched! Things will slide around in there. I have had ZERO issues. Zero. And why would I take it out?? Who cares if it gets "scratched"? Oh and he says it'll be noisy. Noisy? Haven't heard a thing. And this guy runs straight pipes, now he cares about noise. Lol.
  11. 2018 High Country disappointed

Then drive your powerstroke, we dont care. Just another troll
  12. 2018 High Country disappointed

Gentlemen, the OP does bring up some very good points. Like wearing a hat, apparently the sun CAN directly affect your brain...melt it and such. Vitamin D and a lack of milk at birth...it does go a long way. Apparently fiber is more important than maybe we were lead to believe? Without it you could very well be full of shit. Walk down your stairs...don't just throw yourself head first and think everything will be alright. Evidently dents in your head really do hinder future and present performance. So all these old wise tails people suggested to us really are neccesary, just ask the OP.
  13. Anyone running 33x12.50r18 on Stock Wheels?

Yeah I had 275/70r18 grapplers on my last Chevy so I know it will be off a couple. Eventually I’ll get a tuner and fix it. Thank you.
  14. Anyone running 33x12.50r18 on Stock Wheels?

I was looking at the Nitto Trail Grapplers so I’m wondering if the more agreasisive thread would cause me an issue. Do you have plenty of room or is it just enough? I had the 275/70r18 grapplers on my 2012 with no issue but they were nearly as wide. Can you post a picture of the side? Curious how far they stuck out. Also what size lift do you get with those Bilsteins? Thank you for your help.
  15. A/C Condenser

  16. When I saw the "Blazer" name, I was hoping for a scaled down version of the current Tahoe (like a Silverado Trail Boss SUV)....or an SUV version of the Colorado (with a ZR2 option). Not exactly what I was hoping for......
  17. Touchy, about an engine?
  18. I have 3.08s with 275/60R20 BFG D load range All Terrains. I definitely noticed going from the stock 18" wheels and fuel saver tires but it hasn't been anything too bad. I get 17.5 with mixed driving and still haul/tow a good bit without issue.
  19. When you said your seat popped. Was it only when you were going around a corner. Either left or right doesn't matter. It is very slight and deosnt bother me other than the fact I can feel it. 2017 GMC Denali CCSB Ultimate. No other peoblems....
  20. If you're keeping the stock rims, they'll probably fit without any lift. However, if they don't, then it won't take much torsion bar cranking to make them clear. And, as long as you keep the front lift at 2" or less (and add shock extensions) the ride will be just fine.
  21. I did paint the OEM step bars until I decide which new bars I want. I also added the white cab lights and I love the look, just wish I could find tow mirrors with white lights instead of amber.
  22. My girl got some new shoes and rubber, now she just need to find some black nerf bars that will look good. So far I am leaning towards the N-Fab Podium bars, what do you guys think? I am also going to paint the mirror caps and vent visors to match the body color. I am always looking for other ideas though.
  23. call Weathertech at (800) 441-6287 and see what they say. They have mats for your truck but they say they aren't recommended for vehicles with vinyl flooring. It could be because they would slip around because of the nubs on the bottom of the mat that would normally bite into the carpet. Those could be removed to minimize any slipping.
  24. Gotcha. So I guess the only thing I'm left wondering is how you strung the wire under the truck to the passenger side. Any tips or things to be wary of? Probably be doing this mod this weekend. Thanks Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
  25. What have you done to your K2 today?

Its crazy how 4$ worth of tint will change the look of the truck. I always regretted not getting the Z71 for the clear signals but the blackout really works on a black truck.
  26. Broken push rod in my 6.2 at 23100, engine being replaced, have you seen this before?
