Yeah I just called again and they said they will replace them but they say they will do the same thing . I just measured from step to panel and there is 2.5 inches in the front and 3.75 in the back. I guess I'll try calling Westin and see what they says out it because it just doesn't make sense to me.
I had a local shop install some Westin Pro Traxx 4s on my 15 Chevy crew cab. My 14 Sierra had level steps when installed at the same shop, but with these they are angled down towards the back and it's very noticeable as my foot barely fits on the bar on the driver side. The installer says it's due to the design on the 15s. Is everyone's like this or are they feeding me some bs? Couldn't the brackets be made different sizes to make the step level?will post a photo when I get home later.
