  1. I feel pretty let down by my dealer and GM customer service. I watch my infant son now because of this covid nonsense and not having my basically brand new truck or a loaner is unacceptable. I just don't know what to do now because they don't seem to care at all and have no clue when they will even have a starter for my truck.
  2. They just keep telling me they don't have one and don't seem to even care. So I called the Chevy customer service people and they are even more useless then the dealership. I'm just glad Im not alone in thinking the loaner was required, they were beginning to make me think I was the crazy one.
  3. It's covered under warranty, that's why I was under the impression I was supposed to be supplied supplement transportation.
  4. So like the title says I have a 2018 Silverado and the starter went bad after only 17k. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but apparently it's a known issue and they can't get one, going on 3 days already and not looking too promising for Monday either. My main question is does anyone have any tips for getting a loaner or a rental from them? The dealership says they don't have one and customer service is also very unhelpful.
