    There are three kits:

    1. Outlaw - Most aggressive https://www.holley.com/products/exhaust/exhaust_systems/flowmaster/flowfx/parts/718111

    2. American Thunder - mid aggressive https://www.holley.com/products/exhaust/exhaust_systems/flowmaster/american_thunder/parts/817933

    3. FlowFX - least aggressive.  https://www.holley.com/products/exhaust/exhaust_systems/flowmaster/outlaw_series/parts/818112

Who has had the FlowFX?  Does it drone bad?  I know, it's all relative, give me some feedback.

On Friday afternoons after a couple beers I'm more along the lines of, "F-it.  I'm getting the Outlaw kit".  The 6 other days, I'm thinking FlowFX.  I hate my moments indecision.

Went with MBRP and haven't been disappointed.  The main selling point of any exhaust I was going to put on was that it had to be 304 stainless.  Only going to do it once.  Most of the others are regular steel or 409 stainless, both of which will rust here in CT

Picked up a set of these with a 20 dollar off coupon today. They seem very well built having the flat feet so they don’t dig and provide a better footing and also have nice big pins for added safety.

Don't forget to bend the little tabs in.  They are designed to be bent in so the bars can't fall out when sideways or upside down

I have the same one, works great.  I also use it for my 2018 Malibu.  So handy to be able to rotate your tires and not have the pressures on the instrument panel all screwed up.

This actually will not work with all IOR factory radio's.  Need to check the build code for UE1 - On-Star Equipped.  Many are not, for example I was going to do this with my WT but due to not being factory On-Star equipped it will not work.

I’m updating this old thread with my experiences from modifying the 2020 Silverado Trail Boss stereo system and now more recently my new HD Duramax stereo system. On the first truck I ordered a harness from LLJ customs. Took a month and it did not work correctly. I got no response from him. I found John from Audio Integrated Solutions (AIS) on this site. Sent the harness to him and he corrected everything. It worked perfectly and the turn around time was days. This latest truck I contacted John and he built me a harness in a matter of days as well. His work is flawless. His knowledge is vast, and he knows these GM wiring schematics inside out. Send him a picture of the RPC tag on the door, tell him what you are installing and he will get it to you. For 200 or less… in my case

Interesting that you had such as issue with LLJ Customs, you are the first I've heard to have any issues with them.  The process with them was flawless for me and they were very responsive to my questions.

That being said, having options is always good.

  6. swirl marks are almost always the result of improper cleaning and drying techniques.  They come easy nowadays.  One thing for sure, never rub anything on the surface without a lot of lubrication.  Always use clean sponges and clean water to rinse off the sponge, multiple bucket work great.  Never use one of those dusters as it takes next to nothing to have grains of dust create swirls.  I always wash myself by hand and never go thru a non-touchless auto wash.  High quality drying towels are helpful too.  As with everything you get what you pay for.

A lot of people like bigger tires for looks and appearance without the silly wide rims (that deter from said looks and appearance)

But to each their own I guess... was just saying that it works.

I agree, I love seeing all the different looks of people's trucks, that's how I get to know what I personally like and don't like.  But they are all cool

If you are just looking for the light signature. They also do make a dual led instead of a triple, they also leave out the sequential turn signals and leave it with halogens. They come in about $1200 instead of $1800 dollars.

I'm still leaning toward the sequential turn signals cause of the cool factor and how they switchback. However Lastfit does have switchback led I could install on the cheaper set.

Finally, been waiting and waiting for aftermarket LED's to come out.  I wonder if GoRecon will follow suit soon.
