  1. The fact it’s happening in 8 speeds and 6 speeds too lends some credence that it’s tune/programming related.
  2. Did that one already. It helped some of the lag, but not the pulsing acceleration.
  3. Glad to see I’m not the only one that has felt this. Following this thread to see if anyone gets anything other than “no code = normal.”
  4. Adding Home Link?

For anyone interested doing this mod on a 2018 (or wanting the bigger sunglasses holder with Homelink), by deductive reasoning, I found the new part number to be 84083245.
  5. 2018 Silverado 2500hd homelink mod

Just completed this mod on my 2018 1500. The sunglasses holder did change as well as the ambient lighting. The part number for 2018 is 84083245.
  6. I guess I should have googled better. No fuse and no relay because there's a separate Fuel Pump Control Module under the spare tire. Completely normal. Thanks anyway.
  7. Okay, I'm stumped on this one. I bought a 2013 Silverado in January and the truck has ran great until the last two weeks. Symptoms are sputtering when accelerating and uphill, reduced fuel mileage, and general sluggishness. I started with the most simple (injector cleaner, higher grade gas, etc.). Now before taking it into the dealer (out of warranty by a month and a 1,000 miles), I went to check the fuse and relay to make sure there wasn't any obvious issues with those. After opening up the box and looking at the diagram, I was surprised to not find either a relay or a fuse where the diagram said they should be. Pics below. I'm super confused. Is there a reason why the relay and fuses are not located where they should be? Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for any help.
  8. Chevy overviews 2016 Silverado updates- Photo

Not a fan, but let's see what the trim levels outside of LTZ Z71 look like.
  9. This looks great. I don't think it will work too well on Silverados though, due to the grooves that run horizontally across the air dam.
  10. 2017 Silverado testing

Woof. The comments in that article. Never ceases to amaze me at the mouth breathers that scream "they're going to a crosshair grille like Dodge," or "why's there an oval emblem on the front." It's part of the camo geniuses. Although the one thing I'll agree with them on, let's tone down the square wheel wells. When it was subtle on GMT400s and GMT800s, it looked fine. But if something doesn't change in the complete redesign in a few more years, they'll start looking like my 3 year old's letter blocks. Lol.
  11. Responsiveness to steering wheel controls and touchscreen improved, but none of the weird things I experienced really got fixed.
  12. Welcome to MyLink hell. I've had the latest software update done. Anything plugged in via USB does this in mine.
  13. Album Art and Intellilink

From my experience, album art loads more slowly or not at all at photo sizes larger than 500x500. Also, I haven't had success with album art showing up on m4a and wma files.
  14. Truck looks amazing on those tires.
