Hi there, So I ride a 18 Sierra 1500 with the 5.3L and keep getting gas in my oil, my high pressure fuel pump let go in March of 2019 (40000kms ish) and was the first time I got gas in the oil, they replaced it and it was good until late December of 2019, I drove 800 kms to home, parked at the restaurant and went to go home and got a bunch of codes, saying that bank was to lean, bank 1 to rich, bank 2 to lean, bank 2 to rich and a open circuit fault code. The truck was in limp mode but got it to the dealership, they found a short to a relay for the hp fuel pump and my crank case filled with gas (same as the last time but now the truck at 69000kms) they tested the O2’s, fuel injectors, injector cycles and such, they all passed the test so they figured the hp fuel pump went, so they replaced it. I then drove not even 3000kms and my truck was doing 33L/100kms downhill at 104km/h, no codes or engine lights. Checked the oil and it was over filled and smelled of gas, brought into the dealership and they said the Intake tube after the MAF was loose causing the engine to over fuel, now not even 2000kms (3 weeks) into the dealership “fixing” the issue, my oil is over filled and smells strong like gasoline. Any ideas on what the issue could be? I don’t want to keep paying for an oil change every 2-3000kms and 100$ deductible for my extended warranty. I know it’s not healthy for the engine and GM Canada won’t do anything about it.. Any ideas as to what the issue might be would be awesome, thanks

As the title says, I have multiple sensors that are throwing codes. The truck (99 silverado 2500, 6L) started bogging/choking when given more than half throttle and there was a really strong fuel smell in engine bay. Put a code reader on it (using universal odb2) and got "bank 2 lean condition" and a couple of bank 2 o2 faults. Upon inspection, i found a broken weld at the exhaust pipe flange. I fixed the weld, replaced the k&n air filter with a paper one and cleaned the MAF and throttle body. This fixed the choking issue but CEL came on again, when I checked for codes using the "OEM specific" setting, I got 41 faults! I won't list them all but each o2 sensor had multiple codes, heater fault, insufficient data, high voltage AND low voltage. Also got similar faults for ETC, knock sensors, EGR and TCC, amongst others. Aside from abysmal fuel economy (stays in open loop fuel mode despite normal engine temp of 100° C) the truck seems to run, drive and shift normally so I'm guessing it's a short(s) in the electrical system. Not very familiar with electrical systems so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, This past weekend I installed my Stage 2 Snow Performance water/meth kit. Issue I am having is finding the correct "signal wire" from the MAF. Gm is an 8 pin connector, two of which are providing a HZ frq range. Does anyone have a schematic for the connector to verify I am connected correctly? https://www.snowperformance.net/Stage-2-MAF-MAP-Water-Methanol-injection-system-p/sno-212.htm thanks in advance

Have a few questions, wonder if any of you have some ideas or input on them... I have an 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4wd with the 6.0L Vortec (U code for VIN) and has about 179K miles on it. The truck was getting a check engine code of P0101, MAF Sensor, I replaced that one and now I am getting the below codes, on and off... P0131 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (B1S1) P0151 O2 Sensor Circuit Low B2S1 P0327 Knock Sensor DTC Code P0332 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low (Bank 2) Everything except P0327 (normally stays on during normal driving) comes up when I floor the gas on the highway. But when going around 65 - 70 mph at 2000rpm, and gives full throttle, the truck down shifts to 3000 rpm first and then once more down to 4000 rpm, but there is no torque... truck actually slows down going uphill instead and does not go above 4000 rpm. Should I bite the bullet and change the knock sensors and O2 sensors as well? I got the suggestion that it could be clogged cats, but it's not idling or running rough... Any ideas?
