  1. I have a 2021 Sierra 1500 Elevation 4x4. I am trying to figure out what is the largest I can go with tires without any rubbing. I am planning on installing a level kit as well. I have found similar articles, but I’m having a hard time navigating my exact vehicle. I’d love to throw some 33s on it at least! Any help is appreciated!
  2. I have been through the menu's 100 times. How do you get the exterior temperature on the instrument cluster? It shows up fine on the Infotainment system however when using car play you cannot see external temp. Simply looking to have it displayed on the instrument cluster. Seems like an easy feature to be missing and get added. Thanks!
  3. I have a brand new 2021 Sierra Elevation that has NO INTERIOR LIGHTS. All the lights for the accessories, such as the dashboard and so on work fine. All the settings are correct. The overhead button that you can push to override the lights turning on with the door open lights up when pushed. However, the button next to it that has a sunshine icon (Dome Override) doesn't do anything. The dealership didn't have much time to look over everything, but they said the fuses were ok and they checked the computer and everything was good there. I checked the physical connectors and they are tight. Has this ever happened to anyone? Any thoughts? I really appreciate your help!!
  4. Iv been searching the Internet and have found multiple videos of how to install the 2 inch leveling kit but no one seems to do a comparison photo of before and after. I have a 2020 GMC sierra elevation blacked out with the stock rims and tires. Just trying to see if anyone has some pictures of before and after and which route is better for the leveling kit.
  5. So I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra elevation from a dealer in town here. Was told is has the 2” factory installed suspension lift and nothing more. But after a week or so I decided to look into a leveling kit, watched a couple vids online and noticed how some kits can go under the damper? out of curiosity I wanted to squeeze my head behind my tire and take a look only to notice what looked like an already installed 2” level. can someone help me identify if that is a leveling kit installed in the picture I attached? Also if so, why isn’t the truck level? Is the rear block too big?
  6. Does anyone know how to turn off the seatbelt chime in a 2016 GMC Sierra truck. and please don't say buckle your seat belt. Thanks.
  7. So I recently purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra and I have the jump seat configuration Id like to switch to the jump seat to a center console and I was wondering has anyone done that on a 2019 or a 2020 GM truck already? I feel this is a do-able modification to my vehicle but Im looking to see what I would need to do. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Long time no see, today for my first oil change I brought up the fact that my truck sometimes shifts hard coming to a stop. Always the 2-1 shift. This was the response... the service advisor said “there is a lawsuit in the states”.. dunno if that’s true? Looking for opinions, will this ever go away?!
  9. First post, new user here! Got out of my first pickup in 2015 due to the Oil crash in Alberta Canada, things are looking better and im getting into a 2020 GMC sierra 1500 elevation crew cab, short box with X31 package. Got a great price on the truck along with 0% financing. GM has a lot of factory accessories that can be added to their trucks. Im for sure going to get the flush fit box cover. Any advise on other upgrades to do right away would be appreciated!! Thanks, Looch
  10. Hello all, I have recently purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra SLE Crew Cab, I have a question based on the package after I have done some research on it. With the badges it has on it and the packages the sales guy said it has per those packages I am questioning the ability to have that many on a vehicle. I am hoping someone can help me know if it is real or not. List is below. 1. SLE 2. Kodiak 3. Elevation 4. Z71 5. All Terrain

Item: 2016+ GMC Sierra Grille (Black) Condition: Brand New OEM Location: St. Louis, MO Description: Professionally painted GMC Sierra Grille that is a brand new take-off from an Elevation trim Sierra. It's factory matched to the Onyx Black paint code. I decided to go with a different grille and have this in the factory box. 12. 2016-2018 GMC Sierra Elevation grille that's been professionally painted black. This is a brand new OEM grille. I bought it from a member on here, but also decided to go with a different grille. The grille itself looks fantastic, the only reason for going with another grille is I have seen another truck identical to mine with the same grille, and I want to have something different... $500 shipped. Only asking what I paid for it. Current location: 54016 Thanks!
  13. **SOLD** 2016-2018 GMC Sierra Elevation grille that's been professionally painted black. This is a brand new OEM grille. I ordered it and decided to go with a different style grille, absolutely nothing wrong with this grille. Shipping to continental US is free, local pick-up near St Louis MO. Price is $500.
  14. I’m sure this had been asked 20x but I can’t seem to find it. I’m looking to add some tow mirrors to my 2018 Sierra elevation package. Has power mirrors, non power fold, has defrost, and does not have turn signal. Which are best mirrors for this? Also can I hook into wiring harness and add turn signal as well? Thanks again!
  15. John Goreham Contributing Writer, GM-Trucks.com 6-6-2018 GMC launched its new Elevation appearance package for the 2019 Sierra today. This new trim is different from other 2019 Sierras in that it has monochromatic (body color) door handles, bumpers and grille surround. These changes are offset by black exterior accents, a black grille insert, tow hooks, black side window trim and standard 20-inch aluminum wheels. “The 2019 Sierra Elevation conveys a youthful, athletic presence that demonstrates GMC’s tailored approach,” said Rich Latek, GMC marketing director. “With inherent truck capabilities and functionality, Elevation is able to take you off the beaten path along with your gear while standing out from the pack.” The 2019 Sierra Elevation starts as the new larger double cab model and will be offered with two- or four-wheel-drive. The base engine will be the all-new 2.7-liter turbocharged engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission delivering 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque. Optional will be the updated 5.3-liter V-8 and in early next year, the Sierra Elevation will also be offered with GM’s new 3.0-liter turbo-diesel inline-six-cylinder engine, along with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Pricing has not been announced. Look for the new 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation starting in the fall of 2018.
