While I wait on my supercharger kit from Magnuson (10-12 weeks!!) I want to do more things to my truck. Anybody here running a Fabtech 4" lift kit for Magneride? Im looking at this kit K1092 https://fabtechmotorsports.com/product/4-uniball-uca-system-w-magneride-k1092/ I am wanting a little more than my 2.5" level but dont want a 6" kit if I can help it. I want the best kit and understand BDS is it but it only comes in a 6" and dont really want that with my setup. I am running 285/55R22 tires on stock rims and will need spacers to run that kit. Thanks for the input.

So I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on a 4" kit for my truck but not sure if I should go with the 4" BDS w/ Fox Coilovers or 4" FabTech w/ Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers... Any major concerns with either kit? Also, can I still run my factory 20s without any major rubbing issues or should I just start looking for a new wheel set-up as well??

Hey guys, first post here! I am looking at lifting my 2015 1500 Z71 4x4 and started out by looking at leveling kits and then progressed to a 3.5" lift kit and then just decided to do the Fabtech 4" budget kit but I have a question, the strut spacers only look like they are 2" or so tall and I was concerned that this lift isn't a true 4" lift kit. Also I was concerned that the control arms don't adjust the ball joint angles because they look like they have the same geometry as stock. If any of yall have experience with this lift kit could you let me know if it is a true 4'' lift in the front or does it just bring it level bc the strut spacers don't look like they would give 4". I was turned onto this kit bc of the price and the 4" height but now I have concerns whether or not it is a true 4" Thanks!

So I was on the phone with a BDS rep and they told me even the 6" lift only drops 4"??? My concern is the geometry being correct after I put this lift in. BDS has a great rep on THEIR parts. Why would I want to jeopardize my own vehicle? I'm told that the FabTech will actually drop your suspension a full 6" giving you damn near OEM geometry. Can anyone please give me some feedback on this please? Would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to make my purchase asap.

Putting a 6 inch lift and 35's on my truck. I notice it says you need the hypertech programmer to calibrate the tires for larger size. A buddy of mine Recently put at 7.5 inch kit with 325/65/20 on his truck without the programmer and every time he takes a corner, His traction control goes off and doesn't let him accelerate because it senses he's slipping. Does the programmer fix this as well? and does anyone know what size tires you can go up to without needing the programmer?

Greetings all, I've been on a suspension hunt since I purchased my truck 6/14. I had narrowed my choices down to Fox 2.0 (steel arms), Fox 2.5 or Icons depending on price. I'm also a member of silveradosierra.com and someone posted up a set of new Fabtech Dirtlogic 2.5 coilovers. Fabtech doesn't seem to get much love from the few forum posts I can find, does anyone have any knowledge about these shocks? They are manufactured in house and the sales guy thinks it's every bit as good or better than the Fox's, he offered to have to chat with the tech manager, but I didn't have any specific questions lined up so I did not speak with him. 2014 Silverado steel arms Dirtlogic 2.5 SS 2" (adjustable) 2.5" res - stainless steel 4" overall diameter 19.5" ext length - front 15.02" compressed - front 24.5" ext length - rear 16.27" compressed - rear. http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/GMC-CHEVY-4WD/K1500-2014-16/FACTORY-STEEL-SUSPENSION-W-STANDARD-SHOCKS/2-SYSTEMS/2-Uniball-UCA-System-w-Front-Dirt-Logic-SS-2-5-Coilovers-Rear-Dirt-Logic-SS-Shocks-2014-16-GM-C-K1500-2WD-4WD-p1983.html Any advice/commentary is welcome, i'd like to hear some first hand experiences if anyone has it. Thanks

I have a 2014 Silverado Z71 Crew Cab. I have been lurking on this site for a couple months, but figure its time to get some advice. I am looking at a lift so I have 2 questions 1. I am leaning towards a Fabtech 6" over a RCX 7.5 anyone able to make a case why the RCX (which is a little cheaper) would be a better option. 2. I have a 3.42 gear ratio and I am a little worried about 35 inch tires. The dealership will still back my warranty after a lift and the shop will warranty the lift. Question: Should I stick with a 6" lift with 35" tires or should I play it safe with a 4" lift and 33's. I have an Airaid intake, Magnaflow exhaust and will be getting a tune through Blackbear. Any thoughts would be helpful, I have read every lift thread there is but many do not specifically address these questions. Thanks
