  1. Does anyone know where the theater effect for the dome light courtesy light relay is? I need to tap into the power before this effect in the wiring. 2019 Silverado 1500 RST
  2. Has anyone taken a Custom Trail Boss and done the LT Trail Boss fog lights on it? I am looking for a plug and play kit if there is one out on the market. I'm trying not to source every single individual part from GM. I'm pretty sure I would have to go get the BCM reprogrammed if I'm not mistaken.
  3. Hello everyone, On my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali I did a hood air induction vent swap for a chrome vent cover and while I was at it I added Led RGB lights inside the vent taking care not to restrict the air flow. Has anyone else done any chrome or Led RGB mods? If so lets see them please.
  4. More specifically, Climate Control System backlighting. The backlighting is burned out for the lower right Air Delivery Mode Control button for my Climate Control System. Does anyone know how to replace the bulb behind this panel?
  5. Hey guys, Quick question. I bought a 2014 Sierra SLT last week and took it up north to the cabin over the weekend. I drove through a lot of rain throughout the whole weekend. The truck was 2 days old with 400 miles on it and I noticed the inside of both healights were foggy one night, towards the bottom over the LED running light. Has anyone had this issue? Or has anyone herd of this being a problem? I am taking it back to the dealer this week for some gm accessories so I am interested to see what they say.
  6. I am sure this has to bug other people the lack of lighting in the 2019 Silverado. Can people share what they have done about it if anything? It is really bugging me how little light Chevy designed into this model.
  7. Hi. Just wondering if anyone has changed out their front sidemarkers in their 2016-2018 Silverado 1500. Can’t find the access point for it, although I haven’t removed the headlight assemblies to look. Is it not just a standalone socket like the turn signal where you can just turn and pull it out? Thanks.
  8. Looking for more ideas on how to spruce up the Custom model front end but I'm having a hard time finding accessories specifically for the Custom model. Any ideas or help appreciated! I've currently added Fabtech 3" Stealth suspension lift, 35's, Fuel Titan 20x9, Phillips Diamond Vision Halogen HID highs and lows(very impressed), purchased but not installed yet the Daytime running lamp LED strip for above the Lowbeam lights.
  9. I want amber (not yellow) fog lights for my 2019 Colorado Z71. I can find them in LEDs, which my manual and 2 dealerships say not to use. If there is no CAN bus how can there be "feedback"? Who can explain this? Secondly, I cannot find amber halogens for the 5202 connection. Anybody got a lead on those? Thanks.
  10. Anyone know if it’s easy/ possible to re-route the task lights on the mirrors so that they work regardless of the vehicle being in park? Thanks
  11. Got my rear light bar installed in about 30 minutes. OPT7 60" Redline Flexible LED Tailgate Light Bar
  12. During a dark and rainy 3 am jumping of another truck, it became clear there is no lighting in the engine compartment of my 2018 Silverado. The previous truck had a light under the hood and the generation prior to that had a removable work light that could be placed on the locations. Not to mention that truck also had jumper cables builtin to jump Fords. So my question is has anyone added lighting under the hood? if so how?

  17. I am trying to replace the interior lighting in my Dad's truck for him since the stock lighting is so dim. There are 4 identical lights, two in the center ceiling console, and 2 in the front ceiling console. After going directly to the manufacturer to figure out what bulbs i needed to buy, they suggested the 921 Led Buld. This is not the correct bulb. Has anyone had any luck replacing these lights? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
  18. A.R.E. LED lighting options include: * Dome lights — Wired directly into the vehicle’s electrical system and offered with an optional prop switch, A.R.E. dome lights conveniently turn on and off when the door is opened and closed, or can be controlled with a manual on/off switch. * Rope lighting — High-intensity rope lighting offers versatility in lighting the interior of a truck cap or toolbox. Opt for a single four-foot rope at the center of the cap or use two parallel ropes with one on either side of the inside roof. Or, place them inside above windows, inside toolboxes or to illuminate the entire chamber. * Rigid Industries LED Lighting — A.R.E. has teamed with Rigid Industries, to offer ultra-bright work lights. Known for durability and brightness, Rigid Industries’ products offer a lifetime warranty. For nighttime work, choose 36-inch or 48-inch bar lighting, which can be positioned on the front of the cap to shine directly on the project at hand, or to light up an entire work space. * Rear door lighting — This new fixture replaces the optional incandescent 12-volt light the industry has used for decades. Much brighter than its predecessor, the light is mounted inside the truck cap above the rear door, allowing closer detail work, such as paperwork, without the need to hold a flashlight.. * Exterior lighting — A.R.E. offers lighting for up to 10 different locations on the rear quarters of the DCU, distributed based on the functionality required by the customer. Fleet and commercial customers can find more on A.R.E. Accessories' LED lighting and more at this link.
