Oil Change on 2022 refresh Silverado.

Planning to do first oil change to 2022 refresh Silverado, can anyone confirm the oil filter part number? I can't determine if the refresh are the same filter as the 22 limited models or not. What brand filter and oil is recommended? Search results are giving me AC Delco PF63 and/or AC Delco PF66 and 0W-20 for oil. Any guidance would be appreciated. -
Go to change my oil this morning and notice the new oil filter is significantly smaller than the one I had on hand... I’m sure it is a cost cutting measure, but does the smaller filter limit or perform as good as the larger? Anyone have noticed the same thing?

Hey Forum, Regarding the oil drain plug on the 2014 5.3L, is anyone using aftermarket magnetic plugs? What about a magnetic oil filter sleeve, or both? Just curious because last weekend I changed the fluid in my front & rear differentials, and transfer case - all of which have magnetic plugs on them. However, none of of them have filters so, I assume adding a magnetic drain plug or filter sleeve would not make much difference since that is what the oil filter is for. Again, just curious to see everyone's thoughts!

So i am new to the forum and i bought a 2014 silverado lt 1500 with the 5.3l v8. i am not sure if there has already been a thread started for this but i am curious to what brand oil people are running in there trucks? i am stuck between royal purple or amsoil but i am up for advice and recommendations.
