I have a 2002 Sierra Z71. I see a lot of options online for aftermarket headlights, but the reviews are terrible. Does anyone have a link to some known GOOD options? Thanks in advance!

Hey guys. One of the LT trucks was traded in for a 2018 a couple weeks ago. As such, these *replica* projector lights I purchased for it are no longer needed. I bought them as an upgrade for an LT truck but did not get around to installing before the truck was traded in. The headlights have never been put on a truck. They are replicas, but seem to be OE quality. Compared them side by side a buddy's High Country and there is no noticeable difference. Even the dust caps look the same, minus the GM stamp of course. See the photos for yourself! Please note, they have a protective plastic wrap on in the photos. Pretty much flawless underneath the wrap. Unlike cheap replicas or other cheap projector housings, THESE USE FACTORY H11 LOW BEAM BULBS AND 9005 HIGH BEAM BULBS. Direct swap for any 2014 or 2015 Silverado. Thank you for your interest. Would prefer local pick up but would consider shipping. Big boxes. Asking $300 obo plus shipping if we go that route. The lights are currently at my parents' residence and would be available for shipment Monday June 2.

I have a 2014 Gmc Sierra SLT and I am trying to figure out the dimensions of the stock OEM headlight projector lens? Just the actual lens itself? Does anyone have 1 lying around or if they know of anyone that does that would be awesome. I think it's a 3 inch but I really need to know the focal length which is from the flat part to the top of the round part. All help is appreciated!

As stated. Like many others I am looking for better headlight performance, I want to stick with OEM and just swap projectors. Please PM me as I'm not too active on the forum lately (life gets busy). Thanks in advance all.

Hey guys. I’m doing a ton of research on various LED bulbs. What I’m not sure on is what bulb fits best in a projector housing. I have seen various stories of people buying bulbs and the bulb doesn’t fit and the dust cover won’t go back on. Anyone have experience with this?

FS Bi-Xenon HID Projector Headlights for 07-13 Silverado
TigerJ684 posted a topic in For Sale/Wanted
Ok, I think this is the last of my parts from recently selling my Silverado. Selling a pair of custom bi-xenon HID projector headlights for 2007.5 - 2013 Silverados. All projector parts are Morimoto brand. Bulb temperature is 5500K (close to pure white). These lights have been awesome, and never had any issues (leaks, etc.). Asking for $500 shipped. You can find a similar set online for $695, so I feel like this is a good deal. Edit: Forgot to mention that all harnesses, relays and ballasts are included. -
Headlight options for 2014 Chevy Silverado?
Cvue posted a topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra Mods
I just brought a 2014 Chevy Silverado LT that comes with the original headlight lamps. I'm looking to upgrade to some projectors with HID to max light output. Are there any options out there that comes equip with HID that you can just plug and play to original oem plugs? -

2012 Sierra SLT 1500 crew cab. Bought certified used. Started immeadiately getting water in left headlight when going through car wash with factory headlights. Went to dealer was told not covered. Bought some Spyder aftermarket projection headlights. Started getting water in the left right away. Wasn't much at first. Now it burned out two bulbs. No easy access to bulb, have to take bumper fascia and grill off and unbolt headlights to reach bulbs. I have had enough of the water getting in. Before you ask, it's not condensation from heat of bulbs. Do I just have bad luck or is it a design flaw in the headlights?

Hello fellow GM-T members. Been a while since I've been on here so I thought I would share a pocket-book hurting learning here. I took a quick breeze through and couldn't find a similar topic or pinned item about "blacklist" items. If this is a duplicate or not in the right area, feel free to relocate or delete if I'm breaking some forum rule here by posting this. I just wanted to pass along some advice to fellow forum members looking to upgrade their stock headlight assemblies....whether for performance improvement or appearance update. In my case, although I felt the OEM headlights and bulbs were pretty decent from the get-go, I was looking to upgrade. I purchased the attached product off of e-bay and shall leave the seller unnamed. To me, they were the best looking halo/projector combo. Personal preference anyway. So they arrived before Christmas and I installed them around new years. This past week I started using my truck again as a daily driver in the dark and let me tell you, I was very disappointed. The issue with them is: - beam angle from projector low beams is pointed much to far down to be useful. they did come with adjustment screw which I quickly cranked up to max but still no where NEAR where it needs to be. managed to strip some component in there as well. Screw is metal but feels like it's turning something plastic inside. - even where it does light up after the adjustment, it is still pretty weak looking compared to factory In my other pics, I am attempting to show that it only lights up about 45 ft ahead of me on the road......not even a single tractor-trailer length. In one shot you'll see an SUV ahead of me. The wide angle lense on my phone is deceiving as that vehicle is only about 60 ft ahead of me. That's where the beam literally cuts off. I can't even rely on some stray remaining light beam that WOULD exist with a halogen/standard reflector setup. If there were a piece of 4x4 lumber laying across the highway at 45 feet ahead of me, and I'm travelling at the standard 75 mph where I live (108 ft/second) you can see just how much reaction time I have with these. GARBAGE. I read a few users a while back had some DEPO headlights that are essentially stock lights (mirror reflectors) but with black bezeling. I think I'm going to give those a try. Anyone else have them? I attached a reference pic of those as well. Thanks!

Hey guys Just purchased the Winjet projector headlights for my 2014 Silverado. I also purchased the new GTR Gen 3 LED headlights (H7) bulbs. These lights are amazing. They blow the OPT 7's out of the water. The new LED headlight comes with a driver. The driver (Small computer module) is small enough to fit inside the whole headlight assembly inside the dust caps. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a good idea/bad idea to do? My only concern is heat. Do the drivers get pretty hot...? Would I be better off installing it outside the dust cover? Would be nice to not have to cut holes in the dust covers as everything fits in there now. I definitely don't want to start melting things. Thank you.

I am wondering if anyone can take a look at their 2014-15 headlight assembly and let me know if their headlight assembly moves. The assembly that the light bulb turns into moves in/out slightly. Not sure if this is normal or if something is loose/broken. Thanks in advance!
