I recently had the recall done on my 2020 6.6 and was wondering has anyone had any issues with fuel economy dropping significantly. Also I’m having issues with a code for active grill shutter and sometimes it comes on and sometimes doesn’t. Hadn’t had an issue with anything until the recall done for the regen system. If anyone has any light on situation I’d appreciate it.

Hello, I am desperate for any assistance that can be provided for our situation. We are US military stationed in Germany. Our 2015 Sierra recently threw the p21dd code. We ordered the replacement reductant tank and installed it ourselves. The engine codes were cleared but we are still getting limitations on our speed and distance. We are stuck at 88kph/80km until we drop down to 6kph. In the research that I've done so far, it seems we need a manual regen done on the truck in order for the limitations to go away. This is where we are having the biggest issue. GM will not assist us in any way because we do not reside in the US. They constantly revert us back to the German GM entity and I've lost all hope in trying to communicate with them. We have been hung up on more times than I can count because we do not speak German. So, is there any hope for fixing our vehicle before it goes limp? If we can't get it fixed, we don't know what we will do as we cannot sell it in this state, we can't ship it in this state, and we definitely can't drive it. We are struggling to find a light at the end of this tunnel and would greatly appreciate any help available.

I have a mystery: I get the ABS and Brake Light error warning lights ONLY DURING REGEN. The speedo, all gauges and the brakes work fine. The lights go out after restarting, but will come back if regen is still happening. I can pull the following codes: C0055-0f invalid data received from electronic brake control module - signal erratic U0100-7f lost communication with engine control module bus - signal erratic I've checked all the chassis grounds, battery grounds (all .3 or .4 ohms) and the condition of both batteries (both 12.7 volts after sitting over a week). I have replaced the vehicle speed sensor to no avail. I'd like to think that the EBCM is not bad since it works fine when there's no regen happening. However, I still need to check the ground to it's connector. And I am open to replacing it since it's only $130. So, here are my questions: Does anyone know the ground pin(s) of the EBCM connector? If I get the exact EBCM unit, does it have to be reprogrammed for a 100% stock truck? (stock wheels/tires) Does anyone have access to any dealer TSB for this condition or have any other insight? the truck: 2013 GMC 3500 Duramax, dually, crew cab, SLE, 4x4, only 25k miles, clean and pampered thanks in advance!

In the market for a 2500 Duramax Denali and loved the test drive the other day! While on the test drive, the alert "cleaning exhaust filter, continue driving" came on. We drove it for 20+ min.'s above 30mph like recommended and it cleared. BUT.... If the truck is equipped with the "high Idle" option, can you do a stationary regen if that warning comes on?
