Stuttering At Hot Idle?

Hello all. This is my first post on here however I have always poked around for answers. Truck has 56,000 on the clock and lately it has been giving me a little stutter at idle, in park, with A/C off. (very little load on engine). It will somtimes rock the truck like it has a nasty cam in it but it never stalls out and idle stays at 500. Already changed air filter, cleaned throttle body, switched gas, and threw in some tecron (which helped fuel gauge). Any ideas would be GREAT!!!! Thanks in advance

When is the last time you changed the air filter?

 

I think you should provide a little more info. My 06 5.3 seems to vibrate some at hot idle, but not like it has a nasty cam.

I think you should provide a little more info. My 06 5.3 seems to vibrate some at hot idle, but not like it has a nasty cam.

 

 

 

Air filter was changed yesterday. It wouldnt be bad if it did not shake the truck. Maybe GM has them running realllllly lean.
