8.1 Swap Into 2500 Van

let me start by saying first you guys have been very helpful in the past with other questions, so just know that your input/help is appriciated.

Ok, so i have an 01 chevy express cargo van 2500 with a5.7 and 4l80e, i found a guy with an 8.1 w low miles and were getting ready to make the trade. I did some research and found out that an 8.1 was an option in that van, so i know it can go in there, and as far as thge tranny my yukon 2500 has an 8.1 paired with the 4l80e so that should go smooth,I just need

water pump

fuel rail

injectors

altenator

flywheel

8.1 computer

a/c compressor

throttle body

intake, and some other external parts so anyone with any 8.1 parts laying around please let me know,
