Steering Wheel Trim Pieces, Can You Swap?

I will be turning in an '07 Silverado Ext. Cab LT that I had leased that had silver steering wheel inserts. I just purchased a '07 Silverado Crew Cab LTZ and don't care for the plain black inserts on the steering wheel. Are you able to swap these out somehow and if so does anyone have any tips? Searched the forums and couldn't really find anything dealing with this. I'd appreciate any advice, thanks!
