Can't Edit Albums

For some reason I am not able to create, delete, or edit any of my albums. It says that I do not have permission to delete them and when I go to either create one or add a photo to an existing one I just get an error message.

 

I am running Mac OSX and firefox. I didn't know if may be these things had something to do with it. I tried sending an email to the generic admin account that is listed but it just got returned by gmail.
