Fuel Mileage Mpgs Tahoe Yukon Denali (non Xl)

Recommended Posts

well your buying a large, gas guzzling V8 so you cannot expect decent gas mpg's, but the 5.3 yukon will get better mpg's then an AWD 6.0 denali.. from what i have seen people on here get anywhere between 12-16 hwy and about 15-21 hwy.. driving style and conditions clearly affect mpg's. a 6.0 denali will be about 1-3 mpg worse then the yuk.

i would go with the denali if you dont need 4wd.

i dont think these SUV's have any major problems or recalls.

2001 chevy(I mean Chevrolet, sorry GM) 2500hd

lq4 6.0l

Every time I fill it up I average 15 to 17 mpg.

70% hwy.

Pretty decent for what it weighs, I don't pull anything with it, so I don't know tow mpgs.

Also 4wd, soon to be 2wd because of transfer case flaw.

Did you read the heading of the topic? he is not looking for a 2500HD MPG he is looking for Tahoe/Yukon data.
