New Rim And Tire Search

Hey guys, I'm new to this site, but i'm a regular on GMI. I figured this would be the place to come... Anyway I have a 2004 Silveardo Z71, stock height. I'm looking at some American Racing rims they are 16" x 8". I was wondering if I did go ahead and purchase them and put some 33" BFG A/T KO's on them, would they fit lock to lock? (I'd be buying a leveling kit of course.)

Not unless you raise the front at least 2.5-3 in. The wide tires on the rims will stick out and in more than stock. This will cause the tires to rub the bumper(mostly) and the stabilizer bar. Now, if you went with 8in. wide rims you could probably pull it off with torsion bar adjustment.
