Mbrp Exhaust ? On 09 Sierra

Ok, today I installed my new MBRP exhaust on my 09 sierra. Ran into a could fitment problems, and a hanger issue on the driver's side exit pipe. but first things first: The extender pipe where it meets the cat converter, vibrates like crazy. When I press on the gas I can see the little stock clamp shaking all around and going crazy even though its tightened all the way down. Anybody have any suggestions to fix that? The other issue was as I said the driver's side hanger mount. In the diagram is was all lines up neatly with plenty room between the pipe and the spare tire. However, on mine the pipe and spare tire are touching(not sure if that will have adverse affects of not) and then the hanger is all off and barely lines up with anything.

 

My main concern at this point however, is the pipe/clamp rattling when I hit the gas, I'm not sure how far the pipe is supposed to go on the cat converter, but I pushed on it as much as I could with my hands to get it in there...does it need more effort than that? Should I take a rubber mallet to it and seat the cat converter further into the bevel end of the pipe?
