I have a 1986 Chevy Silverado. Just recently, the engine has started idling pretty rough and vibrating a good bit. It has struggles when you first accelerate (like if the engine was cold). At first, I just thought this is an old truck and it just needs to warm up, but it problem continues.

We recently put in a new starter and battery, but I didn't think that would be causing this problem. I honestly cannot remember the last time we did a full tune-up on the engine, but I just find it odd that it happened so quickly (almost overnight, no signs at all).

I would assume I need new plugs and wires, but does anyone have any other suggestions on where to look? Many thanks in advance!
