Back up light wiring diagram

I'm installing a KC Lights Back Up Light kit and need to which wires go to the back up light and also the trailer wiring.

 

I want the lights to come on when I shift to reverse.

 

Can anyone help?

Jason Pendlum(PJ CUSTOMS) provided me with a diagram that he had rigged up for them.  Mine backups are wired in to be switch-activated though, using an aux lamps switch added to the 4 pod housing in my 1500.
