Cd Player In 2001 Sierra

Just bought a 01 sierra, and radio works fine but the cd player wont read any cd, burned or commercial, just say "Err". Any suggestions on a fix? Should I just buy an aftermarket one or would a Delco replacement be cheaper? Thanks for any tips or advice!s

First, I'd blow it out with compressed air and then if that doesn't work go aftermarket.

you might as well just toss the stocker and pick up a head unit with an aux input and a way better CD player... very easy to do it yourself
