Gm New Truck Questionaire

hey all

 

i bought a new 2010 silvy back in november of 2010.....it is now june i have yet to see a questionaire survey for my new purchase.... how long does it usually take my last truck a 2007 silvy the questionaire came within two months of having the truck....

 

 

 

i noticed when i bought the truck the salesman spent more time commenting on me filing out the questionaire with good comments.... he showed me a gm salesman trophy that he recieved from good comments....he then proceded to tell me that with every bad comment he gets gm charges him 20 dollars per comment at the end of the year....

so now im wondering if i signed something i shouldnt have and that questionaire ended up being mailed to the dealer......

 

 

i remember reading on this site before that dealers were offering free oil changes to fill out the survey in front of them....

 

 

 

im curious of what you all think cause i wasnt happy with this dealer and i want gm to know.....

Yeah, mine took about 2 months... before I got it in the mail. Not sure why you didn't get one yet if you bought in November.

I bought my truck in Mid Nov 2009 and the survey came mid Dec 09.

About the same here, 1 month. Bought 1st of January 2011 and got the questionnaire in early February.

Some shady dealers direct that important survey back to the dealer

or salesperson directly so they can be assured of a perfect score.

 

If you haven't recieved it by now thats where it went...............

i never got a survey... i did however get told strait from the salesman that if i sit in the parking lot and activate the onstar trial he gets an extra 100 bucks in his pocket...

I think if they do their job the survey will reflect this. I woul dbe put off and probably tend to mark a lower score if they tried to coach me. My salesman for both my truck and Tahoe never once said I need to fill out the survey or put down high marks. He did get these from me because he did his job.

Questionnaire?? NEVER got one on my '09 Silverado, purchased new in January '10. Guess the General didn't care after the check cleared the bank!! But it would've been good to be able to provide feedback!
