New Body Mounts?

Just a quick question, when I am replacing the body mounts I will 1.) Remove all mounting bolts on the side to be replaced.

 

2.) Raise the truck with a jack just high enough to remone and replace the old body mount bushings.

 

3.) Lower the truck and reinstall mounting bolts.

 

 

Now for my question will the core support lift when i raise the body or will I have to lift it seperate?

 

If this is not as simple as one, two, three please feel free to give advise.
