98 Silverado clicking/knocking

Hello all. I have a 98 Silverado that seems to knock/click when making tight turns after the engine is warmed up. It does not do this when the truck is initially started. Curious if anyone can help me with what it could be....U joints? Hopefully something easy enough to fix.....Thanks for the help
