RyanbabZ71 Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Well I ended up getting these tires today. So far so good. Had 2 sets on my last truck (285's on 16's). These are 33.2" tall and I can definitely feel they are taller getting in and out and driving. I wish I had removed the wheel weights earlier. They did screw up the rims a bit in places. I am going to wet sand/paint/clear these area's we will see how it turns out. I had them put the new weights on the inside of the rims
nate1dawgg Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 They look good! I'd consider that size, but I'm not sure that my 3.08's will handle them well.
KMGZ400 Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 looks good. wheel weights are a joke, they are useless and ruin rims. good think you kept the white lettering on the inside, i think white lettering looks bad
Roscopcoletrain Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Look good! Im impressed they clear your mudflaps in the front. my 275/65's just clear.
JrocK817 Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Love those tires.. went through 2 sets on my old Colorado. Def the way i'm going once mine wear out. Agreed on the wheel weights! I had mine switched 2 weeks after i bought the truck and there was already a small amount of corrosion! Got the sticky weights now.. rides just as smooth as the dynamic balance.
Black02Silverado Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Looks good. I liked them when I had them but this time around I went with Michelins LTX M/S2's. I do a bunch of highway miles now and figured it would be better for traveling and possibly mpg.

Big Whiskey Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Looks much better than the stockers! I prefer the white letters out on BFG's though.
maxco Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Looks really good. I think these are the tires I'm going to get soon, just torn between 275 or 285s
RyanbabZ71 Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 I do. Sorry, thought you did as well. I do, mine is not even really close to rubbing Ryan
