Drove my 05 Sierra (4.8) hard yesterday and found that at high RPM it seemed to get starved for fuel. The truck started to hesitate - kind of stutter - as I drove. Happens when accelerating to pass or other hard acceleration. Fuel filter? Fuel pump?

No fuel filters after the 2003 model. :happysad:

I would run a can of Sea Foam fuel treament in your next 1/2 tank of gas. Probably just deposites in your fuel induction system? Maybe try cleaning your mass airflow sensor too with a safe electronic parts cleaner.
