Tonneau Cover Bakflip G2 or Bakflip Fibermax

HI,

I'm looking to purchasing a Bakflip cover. Which one is best the Bakflip G2 or the Bakflip Fibermax. What is you guys reviews for these covers. Thank you. Right know my truck has the GM soft cover.

One thing to keep in mind is that ether have a rails that need to be installed on the inside of the truck bed. If you already haven't just somthing to think about.

I have had the fibermax for a few months now. Nice cover, but I do get a little bit of water around the tailgate. I think the fibermax is supposed to be dent resistant too. I got my for 700 shipped from http://bakfactorydirect.com/p-308-bakflip-fibermax-tonneau-cover.aspx

If you have to deal with hail then the Fibermax is the only choice between the two. Or, the F1 is the other one that would be hail resistant. Anything with aluminum panels will not be hail resistant.

The mounting rail do not interfere with bed space whatsoever. I have an F1.

I have the G2 and it's great...even stands up to my 220+ arse walking across it. The aluminum skin does get hot in this AZ heat though, but so does everything else for that matter.
