2001 gmc sierra 1500 no lighter on 2 of the dash

hey there I have the 3 plugs where the cigar lighter is and I only have one working out of the 3, the cigar fuse is good? maybe I checked the wrong one can you please pin point to me which is the fuse for it and any other tips why thanks the 2 that are red don't work the green does on the photo

where would this be located in the cab by the door or under hood and whats the number on the fuse 10 15 or 20? thanks

the dotted box around the fuse says its the under hood junction block,and it says 20 amp at the fuse ,,did ya look at the schematic ?

yes it does not look cracked inside I pulled put back in and cell phone charger shows a little green light now? so I have power again why is that lol?
